Emmy used to sit and watch the koi pond outside. She'd go out with us and just sit there and watch the fish in the pond.

There's some real nice looking cats in this thread. I'll have to post a photo of my little monster.

These are not really my pets, just some locals that dropped in for a drink.

That's a lot of money for something that I regularly see in flocks of 100+ :)

Haha wouldn't be getting much sleep with them around.

Damn theres millions to be made..
And to think in some places here they want to cull them.

Growing up my extended family had a sulphur crested cockatoo as a pet (he moved from house to house quite regularly)
I think the story went my grandpa found him on the ground alone as a baby. Quite the character.

They would jack the jail up and put our asses under it if we tried, lol.

We had a Sulfur Crested about 20 years ago. I became allergic and had to get rid of Mick, he was a damn cool pet though. They make a lot of dander and I couldn't go into his room because of it. A friend of mine has a pair of Palm Cockatoos and they're something to behold, 1 metre tall and he can snip a broom handle like we'd break a match stick. I used to go over to the aviary and the male would start screaming "ROB ROB ROB". Nobody else could hold him but me.

Until I was 3 my family lived next door to an elderly couple who had a cocky. He was very very old and an avid conversationalist. I remember chatting with him on many visits to the house.

old photo but this is My other pet. She is a Neopolitan x English mastiff. Best dog anyone could ask for. She loves the kids to bits.
