You just need to keeping mentioning how you have always had crap cheap pumps and that goods ones would be so much quieter. And that you can get them a lot cheaper from Germany due to the strong Aussie dollar. And that you would never have to buy pumps again. And ...........

By the time you ask if you can buy them she is already conditioned to the idea and says yes just to shut me up :) That's the plan anyway.
