OK so I have tried Firefox, Chrome, IE, and Safari. Exactly same message with every single one.

Please try renaming the file to .jpg if it is a .JPEG or similar.

I have no idea what the problem could be. Can you open it up in photoshop and save as a jpg and try that file?

Can you please let me know the size of the image (pixels) and the size in kilobytes?

Okay, it looks like I found the problem. Give me a while to look into it. 80% sure this is the problem.

Thanks. If you still need to know, I tried several starting with 4.12 MB and the kept reducing right down to a tiny file size as I thought that must have been the problem but still no luck.

I'm having the same problem. Using latest Firefox and file named .jpg

I just tried again using IE same result. (I just need to go and have a wash after using IE )

unfortunately still not working for me on firefox at work... I just have to use IE, upload pics then scrub myself clean again.... hahaha
