Hi guys,

I don't seem to be able to upload/attach images anymore. It tries, then says there was an error. Anyone else able to?

It may be a security issue with the server. If the file is corrupt for some reason the server will reject it. However, before I jump to that conclusion try renaming the file to .jpg as opposed to .JPG (it should not make a difference, but I just want to rule it out).

Jpg's give the same error...

I also know that I was able to do this before, but since the last major upgrade do not seem to be able to.

Hi @Sam Parker,

I think it may be an error with the image. Open it up in Photoshop, then "save as" and rename it. It will be saved as a new file. Try and then upload this file.

Was on version 22.0, it self updated to 23.0 but still has the same issue...

Hello @Sam Parker,

I am fairly sure there is a setting in your FireFox that is not switched on. Are you sure you have flash enabled?

Try using FireFox. IE is a horrible browser that does not comply with web standards.
