I am not an expert but Dremel tool can frag anything. I would say that the tissue recedes about 6 cm into the skeleton , maybe cut it up into 4 to 6 cm wide pieces.
All coral have an amazing ability to regenerate themselves and seem to thrive better after being fragged.

Thanks mate, ill look into it and see what needs to be done then ill think about grabbing the other one.
