Old thread so you probably won't get any replies from him.
It looks like the RLSS skimmers are hard to come by now.
I can recommend one of the CoralBox skimmers which also use a DC pump. They are getting good reviews and I also know that @ReeferRob is running these.

Yep, here's a link, Dave is running one as well. we have 6 of them in total in operation from the DC900 down to the DC300, can't say enough good about them mate.

RLSS went up in price in aus to RE type prices. And although I currently run an RLSS, if I were going to pay the same price as a Royal Exclusive, I would take the royal exclusive.

As others have said, coral box seems to be the bang for buck these days

looks like a clone version of RLSS. hard to believe it will be "good" and "silent"
So tossing RLSS R6i/Deltec SC1351 or this coralbox

As I said, I run quite a few of them and they are dead silent mate and they skim better than anything I've used before.
