From what I'm told 4 to 6 hours of high intensative lighting is plenty and all I run on my tank. Nearly the same system as I have. My corals grow ok. It's just trying to find a happy medium mate

ok well thats going from 70% to 0 over 8 hours so that should be in the 4-6 of intense. I will keep an eye on it, cheers
