I tried tonight to open a chat message sent to me and nothing happened. It pops up on the bar at the bottom of the screen but when I click on the message nothing happens. I can open the whos online list and all the names show up but when I click on them their name pops up as if a chat window was open but I cant open it...

Help me please... Someone?!?

Chrome by any chance? I switched over to firefox as the chat software isn't coded to chrome.

no im using firefox... i keep everything updated when it asks but i might check for an update to firefox when i get home tonight...

Just as an idea, try dump the cache and see if that makes a difference.

I have cleared the cache, checked updates, restarted and it still doesnt work.

I had a play around and sort of got something to happen... Its real screwy though!

at the moment i find them all horrible i still choose firefox tho. installing a firefox beta now to see if thats any better

Hello VaultBoy,

Are you using the % symbol in the chat by any chance? This fails to deliver the message. Aside from that everything else with the chatbar seems to be normal. Perhaps check to see if you have the latest version of JAVA installed.

Could your version of windows be affecting it? I use chrome with no probs

Will try and update JAVA... Only did this about 2 weeks ago but will check for an update coz I really prefer firefox!

try firefox aroura works well for me
