The Journey
I built the tank about two and a half years ago (I haven’t been here for a while).
It set up perfectly and ran without any problems. My Dallas and various SPS grew heaps. Too much in fact, they shadowed too much tank space.
I also had accumulated too much rock and was starting to have a very bad outbreak of vermetid snails. So a couple of weeks ago I bit the bullet and replaced all my rock with CaribSea Life Rock. Cut my Dallas back, sold my huge pieces of SPS.
Couple of hours later I had a much more pleasant scape with corals placed nicely, all my fish happy and parameters stable.
Cleaned the overflow and sump of vermetids and all was good.
Today’s video of the tank.
