seen my damsel this afternoon with what looks like a bubble above its eye not sure what it is exactly im thinking that it may be POP-EYE

Might be an injury from a scratch on a rock. Your fish looks healthy to me.
What are your thoughts about it.
Chances are catching the fish will stress it out further as damsels are a tough fish to catch.
Being close to the eye and sensitive gills, intervention might not be advised.
All I can think of is the fish would need to be caught and Betadine applied to the wound.
Nice fish BTW.

apart from the bubble the fish is doing well still eating fine and from what i can tell its not affecting him in any way

It should heal up soon by itself.

So do you think it's a liquid bubble ? Your thoughts on lancing the bubble to release the blister ?

the bubble its self has shrunk by more than half today eye is still looking swollen fish still seems happy though

Seen it happen in one of my tangs before but it came good.
Has the normal food or diet changed recently?

nothing has changed at all pellet food most nights then at least once a week frozen brine
