I looked them up as i had also never heard of them-looks like they would probably do better in a tank with non aggressive fish as they move and eat slowly like seahorses. usually found in pairs-indo pacific region. Unusual little fish but cute

Nope-that's what brought it to my attention as I'd never heard of them before;).Adam gets some really interesting stuff in.

Not kept one in my home tank, however at CM we had some stock of these, survival rates were poor. They appear to require regular small feeding and preferably live food. We did have one survive out of the 5 we had and weaned it onto frozen brine. There pretty slow feeders so definently require either a species tank or maybe even mix with seahorses.. Any fish will most likely out compete them (even Mandarins!)
