im sure it could be done and i have seen higher stocking in tanks that size although i find it alot easyer to maintain with the smaller amount of fish. less strain on water quality.
Whilst relatively small and peaceful, they can get a bit territorial of their 'home' hole. The recommended minimum tank size is around 120l which you fall a fair bit short of, so I would say no :(
