Pump sizing
Have just been watching "LA Fishguys" on Youtube series on skimmers...all very interesting but they raise the issue of how many times the tank water should go through the sump per hour.
Somewhere here I thought I read that the pump (not the powerhead pump) should circulate the tank water 4 or 5 times
The "LA Fishguys" say this should only be 2 to 3 times or else the skimmer can't do it's job properly.
What do you guys think?
