Thanks for the warm welcome Matt and Magic!

Got bad news & good news re tank.

The good - Got a few nice bits from Aquaristic, pics to follow
pink birdnest (quite upset now its got carbon on it)
Purple/Blue/White Stag
Purple/blue plating monti
Nudibranch
Blue Sponge

The bad - My GAC was mushed up by my reactor over the weekend and I came back to a filthy black tank! I'm quite worried as all SPS, & LR have a thin coating of carbon. LPS fine. Reactor is offline &
I've been fanning it off and skimmer is on overdrive removing it all and, any other ideas to remove it?

@ Magic - I've been informed mystery fish N0. 1 is a Neon Dottyback, no 2 no idea, will ad pics tonight

@ Matt - MORE carbon? Ha ok I'll bag it back up put it back in the sump. It was silly of me to try and put biopellets and GAC in same reactor, they need different flow rates.

@ Woody - Cheers! Everytime someone says Hammer I think HAMMERTIME. Love that song

Update time - Surprisingly the carbon bombing didn't kill anything and all is well. It has settled in my pipes and my crushed coral, both of which I'm in the painful process of replacing.

I'de appreciate some advice - Can someone recommend a suitable substrate/retailer for a DSB? Thinking 5 inches?

@ Firebird - Don't think I will be back, had a few annoying experiences with that retailer. I prefer Kim's aquarium, sound advice and much larger selection. They also have the best display tanks I've seen in Sydney, so you know they know what they are doing.
