I recently lost a shriveled up little BTA which was one of my original clones I accidentally pissed off once. It hid under this rock ledge for so long, it pretty much wasted away. I found it floating around recently and tried to attach it to rock but it went off somewhere and I couldn't locate it.

I have noticed this small creature in the last week or so, developing next to my leather's rock. It's seemingly striped reddish brown and white with clear tentacles with bubbles on the tips. All my anemones are brown base with green tips.

Could they be one and the same? Or could it be an otherwise Unidentified Aquatic Object?

Hard to tell from that pic on the mobile.... weirdest looking BTA if it is one!

Hopefully you get an ID, I'll be interested to know what it is :)

Looks like a Pseudocorynactis - Ball Anemone.

I'd kill it with fire if possible. If that was in the vicinity of your BTA, that's why you lost it.
