Years ago I lived in an old shed out the back of my parents place. Looked like crap outside. We lined the interior, had everything down to a phone line and an aircon. Me, 4 fish tanks and a cat all in a garage big enough for one car :P
Cat never paid any attention to the fish, but she was a shocker for walking over tanks to get on the lights, where she'd sit all day until I'd walk in fire up the bank of CRT monitors I used to have on my desks.
