I have a lemon peel angel and a potters angel and was wondering if I could add more to a 600 litre tank.

The lemon peel is the boss but not too much.

Was thinking either coral beauty, bi colour or half black

Am I pushing my luck with three angels?

In a word... yes, you are pushing it. Especially given how passive the Potters are and their inclination to scare themselves to death when even remote competition exists.

Someone mentioned to me I would be lucky if the potters lived...it seems very happy eats pellets ...what is the judge of how they are doing

Sadly, there isn't really one. Eating isn't ever the problem in the ones we get so it's useless to look at that for now to tell you.
