Hello aussieant32,

They are still open and work for all members. Though, they are still on the old system. They were moved off the main forum to clean the front page up a bit. The navigation is a major part of the website, and members need to start getting use to using it. When the new system comes in, Tank Journals will still be located in the navigation, but they will have a read out on the main page sidebar.
