Hi There, wondering what the hell this is. Tank is over 6 months old, live rock was all fresh although from couple different places and this is the first time i have seen this. Don't know if i should get it out.

Looks like a nudibranch
Maybe search them on google and have a look at what they eat
From what I have seen its not great having them in reef tanks as they sometimes eat some corals but I'm no expert

Best to just take it out all together
Some are poisonous and if it gets sucked into ur return pump bam-kills everything u will be one sad puppy when u realize haha

Almost certainly a form of Opisthobranchia mollusc, and may be either a species of Nudibranch (although I cannot see the external gills in the photo provided) or a juvenile sea-hare (family Aplysidae).

Are you able to provide a better photo for identification purposes?
