Yeah very weird it seemed like it was happy, all the other corals seem happy as well. When the hole was smaller I thought it was splitting into two, but it just doesn't seem like that any more.

I believe my hitch hiker worm is of the Eunicid family - these eat soft corals so are one of the Nasties :( Could be involved in your situation also

I can't tell from the pic, does the remaining tissue look healthy? If it does I'd leave it alone, if not I'd frag it in an attempt to make sure I didn't lose it completely if the main morph dies off. Would make a slice in it on the edge, making sure I included some of the foot, and just let it move apart from the main one on its own.
