New To Reefing

Hi all and Merry Christmas,

Just wondering if you have any idea on what this is? There is two on a Zoa rock I got. its almost clear and looks like a miniature coral. I have searched and can't find anything.

Actually I think I just found it, Chondria, looks easy to remove. Can be Red or clear when small.

Look at the base, it looks like a tiny frogspawn to me.

It can be hard to tell when something is that small - just be cautious if handling it, it could be some sort of fire anemone.

Looks like a leather finger coral to me ..

Thanks all for the posts. I couldn't find any pictures that look like frogspawn. But this is a pic that I found link the the Chondria Algae

I have been to a few forums that have had it take over tanks so Im going o remove it the best I can tomorrow.
