hey guys I've had this tang for about a week, it had a dark discoloration on its nose for a week, figured it was just getting ready to change colour then it came up with this like overnight. What is it? and how do i treat it?

Are you running carbon ? Hard to tell but looks like HLLE ? Head and lateral line erosion.... The carbon dust can cause it in tangs

We are probably going to need some better photo's - I can see white patch in the second photo but not much else.

So god dam hard to take photos, I did just put a chemi pure bag! Take it out?.
Any tips on taking photos, I have a dsrl.

did you wash the chemi pure in RO? if the tang loves sea weed on a clip put some in and snap away

Doesn't eat from the clip! Won't sit still. Yeah soaked it ro water! Till the water wasn't black

Take the carbon out for a little while. I wouldn't think that it would cause HLLE in a very short time. Have you tried moving the clip to a different place? When I had my Purple tang, she wouldn't eat up high in the tank so I had to push the clip way down in order for her to eat from it. Your tank looks pretty clean and tang absolutely MUST have green matter in their diets to live in an aquarium.
