Hey I get exercise. I sit up right after laying down. I move my legs, lift my body up, then stand up straight. I do this once daily, and repeat the opposite movement once daily. Is called getting out of bed, and going to bed.
I also walk from house to car. From car in carpark at work to office and the reverse. Then the stairs, oh the stairs. After that, I'm all knackered for the day.
