Please let me know who this little guy is and whether or not i should keep him in the tank?

He is currently in the Refugium and i don't think he's the only the one

I have 2x Peppermint Shrimps though which i have read could be interesting. They eat them?

I've never seen peps eat these. The clownfish love catching them when I pop them back into my tank and feed them to their anemone. Poor buggers! They reproduce like rabbits and are fantastic scavengers. Check out your glass a couple of hours after lights out to see how many you really have. ;)
