One of my acans has what I think is brown jelly :( I've siphoned the gunk off so no pics (whoops) and made sure its not touching anything else but what I'm wondering is, is it contagious and should I pull it out before it spreads... Pretty sure it started because it was touching a mushroom which is now non existent

Take it out of the tank asap. It can spread to your other LPS.
Do an iodine dip (like lugol's) and monitor ...
If it shows any signs of spreading further, frag off the affected heads - the healthy heads will have a much better chance of recovery.

I've siphoned off the gunk again this morning and I it's back tonight I'm probly gunna turf it as I have no iodine dip and cant afford any ATM and no spare tNk to quarantine till I do so

Shame, but better than risking your tank I guess.

Brown Jelly is bacterial so a broad spectrum antibiotic dip may help.

I turfed the effected coral as the flesh was all but gone when I siphoned it off and so far it hasn't spread to any others /touchwood
