Grows fairly large for a blenny - around 14cm.

Not considered reef safe as it eats coals polyps of Acropora, Porites, Pocillopora, Seriatopora, and Millepora species. No mention of them eating LPS bit I don't think I would trust them. Difficult to entice onto alternative foods.

Yeah that's why I was starting to ask what it was as my lobo and leather are looking a bit worse for wear after adding him. I think I'll be taking him back.

I'll say! I remember one of the local LFS telling me they had a wealthy customer who had introduced a blenny (not sure which species, but it was considered reef safe) who was a bit of a rogue and had a sweet tooth for SPS. The customer quickly got attached to the little guy and was spending $40 a week on SPS to feed it.
