Bubble algae is fairly easy to remove but best done outside the tank. Each one that bursts releases spores. Best to try to remove them as you would zoos for fragging. I used a scalpel and took of a thin layer of rock under the bubbles then lifted each bubble off. That was done in a plastic tub of salt water on my work bench.

Photo 1 looks like some type of encrusting SPS coral, but it is probably dead and just covered in algae - can you just wipe the green colouration off?
