What is this on my clowns lip?!?
She is lethargic, barely swims around, constantly mouth open and.heavy breathing.

This problem was brought up in previous thread recently (just trying to find it).
Apparently it's a fungal infection, but there has been some success in putting some garlic with their food.
Have a look on line, there is a fair amount of information on this condition.

Get hold of some melafix and pimafix from a pet/fish shop, http://www.apifishcare.com/product.php?id=629

It's a fungal infection. You can get rid of it pretty quickly.
