What corals are you planning on keeping if any? The Potters angel is a coral picker, the Cherub is very safe. No to the Dottyback, they are wretched little creatures that will attack anything in the tank with them. A 90l system is quite small, probably too small even for the Cherub. There are plenty gobies out there that do just fine in a small tank with no issues. Watchman gobies and their shrimps are great and will provide hours of enjoyment and hilarity.
