I think this would go in this forum. The numbers are how I remember its name- ctenophore-I have one living on my sinularia. Hard to get pics as it usually only extends its flagellae at night. I first noticed it one night because I saw what I thought was 2 long mucus strands coming out of the coral. They were actually long flagellae with smaller ones that come off them at right angles. apparently it's a filter feeder -does not harm the coral . Is transparent so you only see the flagellae

Anyone else notice one in their tank? apparently usually found on leather corals.

I got something in my tank living in a rock that extends its arms out and looks like strands of mucus. They are almost completely transparent so it is hard to see. Not sure if it the same thing though.
